Shipping prices are automatic at checkout, and change depending on shipping weight, location, and method of shipping

Shipping Returns
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after delivery of your item to request a return or exchange.
*Some exclusions apply, please read below.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging with everything included, as well as all original packaging and any free gifts. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The return/exchange must fall within 14 days of the item being marked as delivered by the tracking information.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@missfoxine.com and we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package for a return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
After 14 days and up to 30 days after the item is marked as delivered by tracking, you may request an exchange or store credit only on unworn, unused, with all original tags and packaging items (including any free gifts).
You must include the branded pouch, cleaning cloth, card insert, any included boxes, and free gifts. Failure to include all original pieces may result in an incomplete refund or partial refund.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Warranty
Within 30 days of delivery, if your item breaks, tarnishes, or needs fixing, we provide a full service free repair or replacement of your item. Please email hello@missfoxine.com with images and a detailed description attached to get started. If a repair can not be made, a new replacement will be issued. If an exact replacement can not be issued, a refund for the original purchase will be made. This applies to sale items as well.
