Refund policy
Online
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after delivery of your item to request a return or exchange.
*Some exclusions apply, please read below.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging with everything included, as well as all original packaging and any free gifts, and sent back in brand new condition. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The return/exchange must fall within 14 days of the item being marked as delivered by the tracking information.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@missfoxine.com and we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package for a return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
After 14 days and up to 30 days after the item is marked as delivered by tracking, you may request an exchange or store credit only on unworn, unused, with all original tags and packaging items (including any free gifts), in brand new condition.
Online purchases may be returned or exchanged at any of our pop-up boutique locations.
You must include the branded pouch, cleaning cloth, card insert, any included boxes, and free gifts. Failure to include all original pieces may result in an incomplete refund or partial refund.

*Online refunds will be subject to a 20% restocking fee which covers inspection of the piece to be returned, cleaning, processing, and handling. Exchanges apply full original purchase value to the new purchase of equal or greater value. A store credit will apply full original purchase value and never expires.
*Buyer pays for Return Shipping. We do not cover refunds for items lost in the mail. We suggest purchasing tracking when you return your item(s).
In-store
In-person purchases are subject to a different return policy than online. Purchases made at our pop-up shop locations have a 14 day exchange or store credit. No refunds.
You must include the branded pouch, cleaning cloth, card insert, any included boxes, and, bags, and free gifts. Failure to include all original pieces may result in an incomplete refund or partial refund. We will only except exchanges on unworn, unused items.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items / Exceptions Online & In-store
Vintage Engagement Rings are Final Sale.
Veils are Final Sale.
Custom Orders are Final Sale.
*Earrings are Final Sale:
- Earrings worn through pierced ears are in direct contact to bodily fluids and skin.
- For health and safety reasons earrings can not be re-sold even if they look unworn.
- Even when sanitized, earrings can hold bacteria in microscopic pores in the metal.
- In Canada we follow strict hygiene rules to keep our clients safe.
- To maintain quality for other buyers, we do not risk putting returned earrings back into stock.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on 30% off or more sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As stated in the full policy above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, brand new condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranty
Within 30 days of delivery, if your item breaks, tarnishes, or needs fixing, we provide a full service free repair or replacement of your item. Please email hello@missfoxine.com with images and a detailed description attached to get started. If a repair can not be made, a new replacement will be issued. If an exact replacement can not be issued, a refund for the original purchase will be made. This applies to sale items as well.
*This warranty excludes Vintage Engagement Rings and Veils.
Holiday
For any in-person purchases or online orders placed between October 25th - December 24th, items may be retuned or exchanged until January 15th. You must include proof of purchase, the pieces retuned must be unworn/ unused, and you must include the branded pouch, cleaning cloth, card insert, any included boxes, and free gifts in brand new condition. Failure to include all original pieces may result in an incomplete refund or partial refund.
Sales/ Discounts
Any sale, discount, or promotion amounting to 30% off or more is final sale.
